- L&T REX #31 – Rendre l’abstrait concret avec les LEGOs...
In this L&T REX, MARQUES GOMES Leonardo did explain how he uses LEGO in course related to Operations and Supply Chain Management to develop concepts related to production processes that feel more real and engaging for students. In particular, they experiment with LEGO
how to understand flows, dependencies, capacity, bottlenecks, and how productivity may be improved (or worsen) on a production line. Using LEGO also highlights the key points students have to be in control of as future professionals.
This experience leads to a better understanding of abstract aspects of the discipline.
To sum up, this REX is NOT a case of LEGO serious play method application, but to show how efficient and inspirational such pedagogical approach can be, helping to teach complex topics.
