While the pandemic has brought to light major challenges such as maintaining social links and supporting remote learners, this edition offers articles providing complementary reflections and insights into practices that have been used. It highlights different theoretical and methodological frameworks that make it possible to discuss support from different perspectives. The work presented results in the observation that, despite the interest of videoconferencing platforms or virtual classes in relation to synchronous discussions, the development of an online presence and sense of proximity remains complex and implies the establishment of an alliance as well as the implementation of strategies to which teachers or trainers are not accustomed.
