SHARED INSPIRATION WITHIN THE CDEFM
Audencia is represented in the expert pedagogical innovation group at the CDEFM (Conference of Directors of French Management Schools, formerly the CGE).
This group brings together trainers, pedagogical engineers, and managers of higher education establishments, who are passionate about teaching. It aims to capture current and underlying trends, to inspire the relationship to learning.
To date, the work of this group has resulted in the publication of two white papers :
- White paper 1 : 6 proposals to recognise the excellence of innovative pedagogy in higher education, published in 2017.
- White paper 2 : management schools: towards a learner ecosystem, published in 2019.

The first paper explains how innovation in pedagogy responds to the challenges of hybridisation of skills and facilitates de facto handling of multifactorial issues in problem solving.
The second paper takes the analysis a step further with a forward-looking approach consisting of relying on educational structures to build a learning ecosystem acting in local areas.
